Harold Naus hands over Cardano CEO-role Netherlands to Jorg Sunderman
After a successful and impressive decade, Harold Naus has decided to step down as CEO of Cardano Netherlands on April 1st 2025. Under his leadership, Cardano has experienced unprecedented growth, positioning itself as a specialist in financial market solutions and sustainable investing for institutional investors. Harold will remain closely involved with Cardano as Chair of the Advisory Board.
Jorg Sunderman will succeed Harold as CEO, subject to regulatory approval*. Jorg joined Cardano three years ago and is currently Head of Sustainable Asset Management. Prior to joining Cardano, Jorg spent nearly 20 years at Robeco, this included from 2013 to 2020, working for Canara Robeco in India as CFO and COO, and as COO Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. Before that, he held various leadership positions in the Netherlands in product management and within the marketing organization.
Additionally, Jorg is an active member of the Dutch community as a board member of Voedselbank Haaglanden, a food bank, committing to fundraising to help to support vulnerable households in the region. In the financial sector, he sits on the board of the Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association (DUFAS).
